AI Closed-Loop Automation

Helping the industry architect, engineer and manage AI at scale by reducing risks within and between different uses, platforms and organizations. The project has provided a blueprint on how to integrate AI into automation strategies that aim at achieving high levels of autonomous systems, networks and operations to achieve Zero Touch Operations (ZTO).

Outputs include:

1) AI Closed Loop Automation assets

  • The elaborate the concepts, best practices and standards for AI-based Closed Loop Automation
  • Define information and data models using UML for TM Forum SID and Open API project
  • Establish API’s for managing and interworking capabilities within and across domains into closed loops
  • Contributing ODA Components for AI Closed Loop automation

2) Closed Loop Anomaly Detection and Resolution Automation (CLADRA) assets

  • Use cases for Anomaly Detection & Resolution across different user stories.
  • Harmonizing key concepts and practices for Anomaly Management
  • Defining Business Processes for Anomaly Management in the TM Forum Business Process Framework (eTOM)
  • Defining Information Models for TM Forum SID and Open API project
  • Establishing APIs for managing Anomaly
  • Technical Reports on key enablers for Anomaly Management – e.g. Operational Architectures, AI Models etc.
